What is Heat Recovery Ventilator?

What is ventilation?

It is an optimal ventilation solution that provides healthy air by circulating indoor and outdoor air to maintain a comfortable indoor environment at all times, while also reducing energy costs by recovering indoor cooling and heating energy.

Heat recovery ventilation system (household ventilation)

The heat recovery type ventilation unit is a ventilation system with an excellent effect of reducing energy costs while providing comfortable ventilation by recovering indoor cooling and heating energy that is wasted during general ventilation and supplying it with fresh air to the room.

Cost reduction effect from ventilation recovery

By recovering the cooling and heating energy wasted during ventilation, about 70% of the cooling and heating load can be saved, and compared to general ventilation,
the cooling and heating costs can be reduced by about 20% or more.

SENSORLESS BLDC MOTOR

As a result of developing and applying a sensorless BLDC MOTOR product that can "zero" motor replacement services, we have developed a product that can significantly increase motor life by reducing power consumption by more than 10-20%, eliminating mechanical resonance noise, and removing PCBs inside the motor.

The heat recovery ventilation system is very difficult to replace the motor depending on the installation space of the product, so the product is frequently damaged. The sensorless BLDC MOTOR product focused on zeroing the defect rate of the motor to eliminate this difficult motor replacement, and the built-in PCB and sensor were removed to prevent damage to the motor due to environmental factors (condensation, moisture). This succeeded in mounting the role played by the removed parts on the external drive main board. Also, by controlling the existing square wave control method with a step wave close to a sine wave, the efficiency was greatly improved and it was developed to reduce mechanical noise. Based on all of this, patents are currently being registered and pending intellectual property rights.
